During the COVID-19 shutdown, as directed by ‘Stay Home, Stay Safe’ orders issued by the states of Michigan and Indiana, the following employees are considered essential to maintaining the safety and security of LGA Retail Inc’s assets, including, but not limited to, property and inventory.  The presence of any individual named below at a LGA Retail Inc property is deemed necessary to maintain the security of  said property and its contents, and/or to facilitate necessary business activities that cannot be performed remotely, including, but not limited to, payroll and shipping/receiving.

Little Green Apple Return Policy:

Returns may be made to any Little Green Apple store location for a refund or credit.  Visit our store locator to find your local store.

If you prefer to mail your online order back for a refund, please contact us at hello@shoplittlegreenapple.com.  Be sure to include your order number which can be found in your order and/or shipping confirmation email.

Most items purchased from Little Green Apple may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Merchandise must be returned in the manufacturer’s saleable, like-new condition with the original packaging materials (including the barcode/UPC label), accessories, and instructions.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, except as noted below.
*If a gift receipt or shipment confirmation email is presented for a return, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit for use in-store.
*Any refunds for items returned 31-60 days after purchase will be issued in the form of a store credit for use in-store.
*Store or District Manager approval is required for returns made without a receipt. A store credit for use in-store will be issued at the current selling price for approved returns without a receipt.

The following are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
*Sale & Clearance Merchandise
*Holiday items are not eligible for return after the Holiday
*Gift Card Purchases
*Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns on merchandise damaged by the customer. We are unable to accept COD or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.

Little Green Apple reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with this policy.
